When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Linko website, your account, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Linko after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the Services.

2. Changes to Linko.

If you are under 18 years old, you may only use Linko with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

If you are using Linko on behalf of a company, organization, employer, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Linko Accounts.

Certain Linko features require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Linko Digital Business Cards.

Linko allows users to create digital business cards and profiles that may contain contact information, links, media, business details, social profiles, booking links, portfolios, and other information.

You control much of the information displayed on your profile.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish through your Linko profile is accurate and that you have the legal right to publish it.

A Linko profile may be accessible through.

  • An NFC-enabled Linko Card.
  • A QR code.
  • A direct URL.
  • Social media.
  • Messaging applications.

  • Other supported sharing methods.

Information you make publicly accessible may be viewed, copied, saved, or shared by other people.

You should not publish information through Linko that you do not want other people to access.

6. Linko Cards and NFC Products.

Certain Linko products contain NFC technology designed to direct compatible devices to a Linko digital profile or other supported destination.

NFC performance may depend on.

  • Device settings.
  • Card placement.
  • Phone manufacturer.
  • Operating system.
  • NFC reader location.
  • Network availability.
  • Browser settings.
  • Physical condition of the card.

We do not guarantee that NFC functionality will operate identically across every smartphone, tablet, or device.

Linko Cards may also include QR codes or other sharing methods to provide an alternative method of accessing a Linko profile.

7. QR Codes.

Linko may provide QR code functionality that allows users to share digital profiles, links, or other supported destinations.

QR code functionality may depend on device cameras, software compatibility, network availability, and other factors outside Linko's control.

You are responsible for verifying QR codes before printing, distributing, displaying, or permanently incorporating them into marketing materials.

Linko is not responsible for costs associated with reprinting third-party materials resulting from a QR code that was not properly tested before production.

8. User Content.

"User Content" means information, text, photos, images, logos, links, videos, documents, business information, profile information, graphics, or other materials that you upload, publish, submit, or otherwise provide through Linko.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or publishing User Content through Linko, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, format, resize, and otherwise use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

This license exists only to allow us to operate Linko.

For example, we need permission to display your profile image on your Linko digital business card.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload.

9. Prohibited User Content.

You may not upload, publish, distribute, or use Linko to transmit content that.

  • Violates applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these rules.

11. Business and Team Accounts.

Linko may offer business, enterprise, or team functionality.

An organization may designate administrators who can manage profiles, team members, templates, branding, billing, and other settings.

If you join a Linko account controlled by your employer or organization, administrators may have access to certain information and administrative controls associated with your profile.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their use of employee or team member information complies with applicable law.

12. Lead Capture.

Certain Linko profiles may allow visitors to voluntarily share contact information.

When a visitor submits information through a Linko profile, that information may be delivered to the account holder associated with that profile.

Linko users who receive lead information are responsible for using that information lawfully.

You may not use Linko lead capture features to.

  • Send unlawful spam.
  • Purchase or compile unauthorized marketing databases.

Your subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and included features will be displayed during checkout or within your account.

14. Automatic Renewal.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee using your payment method on file.

You may cancel an eligible subscription before the next renewal date through available account controls or by contacting Linko.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.

15. Pricing.

We may change pricing for Linko products and subscriptions.

Price changes generally apply prospectively.

For existing subscriptions, we may provide advance notice before a material pricing change takes effect where required or reasonably appropriate.

Displayed prices may exclude taxes, shipping, customs duties, or other applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

16. Taxes.

You are responsible for taxes associated with purchases when required by applicable law.

Linko may calculate and collect sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes depending on your location and the nature of your purchase.

We reserve the right to.

  • Limit quantities.
  • Reject suspicious orders.
  • Cancel fraudulent transactions.
  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Update product designs.
  • Modify packaging.
  • Substitute materially equivalent production components where appropriate.

Customized products may have additional restrictions because they are manufactured specifically for the purchaser.

18. Custom Card Orders.

If you order a customized Linko Card, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content, spelling, logos, QR codes, contact information, colors, and other design elements before production.

You represent that you have permission to use any logo, trademark, image, design, or other material you submit.

Once a custom product enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Linko is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork, text, contact information, or submitted files unless the error was introduced by Linko after approval.

19. Shipping.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by.

  • Production schedules.
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Digital services and subscriptions may have separate refund conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

21. Payment Processing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

These providers may collect and process payment card information.

Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Linko may not directly receive or store your complete credit card information.

Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or operation of third-party services.

25. External Links.

A Linko profile can contain links selected by the profile owner.

Linko does not necessarily review, approve, endorse, or control the content of those external websites.

Opening an external link is at your discretion.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, products, privacy practices, or security.

26. Social Media Features.

Linko may provide tools that connect with social platforms.

These services may independently collect information when you interact with them.

Your relationship with those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

29. Linko Trademarks.

"Linko," the Linko logo, and other Linko product names, marks, graphics, and branding may constitute trademarks or protected brand assets.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use those marks except as expressly authorized.

30. Feedback.

We welcome feedback about Linko.

If you provide ideas, recommendations, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Linko permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

This does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property you may own.

However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
